While we recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure your preferred time slot is available; walk-ins are also welcome, subject to availability. You may book by phone or visit the reception directly at your convenience.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment, to allow for enough time to check-in and enjoy a fresh herbal tea.
Yes, please notify our Spa team prior to your appointment if you have any medical conditions, physical ailments, allergies, or if you are pregnant. This ensures we can tailor treatments to your needs safely and comfortably.
We kindly ask guests to wear their own bikini or briefs during treatments. For your comfort and privacy, our therapists are professionally trained in draping techniques to ensure you feel comfortable and at ease throughout your experience. In line with SAMIYA Beauty & Spa’s commitment to sustainability and reducing single-use materials, disposable garments are not provided.
For your peace of mind, we recommend that hotel guests store all valuables securely in their room prior to visiting the Spa. For your convenience, jewelry boxes are available during your treatment; however, SAMIYA Beauty & Spa does not accept liability for any lost or damaged personal items.
Late arrival may shorten your treatment time, the scheduled end time will remain unchanged to respect the next guest’s appointment.
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. To respect our therapists time, cancellations made less than 6 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the treatment price.
Hotel guests may charge spa services directly to their hotel bill. We also accept major credit cards and cash.
All prices are quoted in thousands Indonesian Rupiah. A 21% service charge and local tax will be applied to your final bill as per government regulation.
